Accident Repair FAQ

My insurance company are insisting that I use their approved accident repair centre but I would rather use Clark & Partners. What shall I do?

You are legally entitled to choose where your car goes for repairs and shouldn’t feel under pressure to go where they say. Call us and make an estimate appointment and we will take it from there.

What guarantee do you give?

All our work either private or insurance has a 3 year guarantee. 

How can I find out information during the repair?

Simply call our Accident Repair Centre direct line on 0114 229 33 85 and one of our advisors will be on hand to help.

I’ve reported my accident to my insurance company, what happens next?

We will contact you to arrange an estimate at a place to suit you.  Once this has been carried out we will liaise with your insurance company until we are ready to book in.

Someone has run into my car and doesn’t want to go through the insurance, what shall I do?

Give us a call to make an estimate appointment. We can provide you with a typewritten estimate to give them.

My car is due for an MOT whilst it is being repaired. Can this be done at Clark & Partners?

Yes we have an MOT testing station at Clark & Partners and we can carry out this and any necessary repairs once the body repair has been completed.
